MOORESVILLE, N.C. (April 22, 2024) – Sam Hunt Racing (SHR) announces today that Synergy Modular, a Seattle, Washington-based commercial general contracting company, will join Sam Hunt Racing as a primary partner for five races in 2024 with full-season associate placements. Synergy Modular will begin its primary partnership at Dover Motor Speedway on April 27 with Corey Heim at the helm.
“It didn’t take long for me to realize the symmetry between Synergy’s mission and core values with those I have at SHR - which has made this adventure organic and fulfilling already,” said Sam Hunt, owner of Sam Hunt Racing.
Synergy Modular was created in reaction to challenges in general contracted like labor shortages and rising costs in the affordable housing market, focusing on developing and building affordable housing as well as market-rate multi-family, student, and senior housing. Synergy Modular prides itself on its program that allows for better quality developments in half the time at a fixed cost.

The No. 26 Synergy Modular GR Supra will be adorned in Synergy’s royal blue, black and gray colors with a unique geometric pattern symbolizing modular construction builds that is also symbolized in Synergy’s S-Badge logo.

The BetRivers 200 at Dover Motor Speedway will take place on Saturday, April 27 1:30PM ET. Viewers and listeners can tune in to FOX Sports 1, the Motor Racing Network, and SiriusXM NASCAR Channel 90.
Synergy Modular’s full primary schedule and driver lineup will be announced at a later time.
