RiverView Place is a completed modular workforce-housing campus in Big Sky, Montana, developed through a public-private partnership of Lone Mountain Land Company, Big Sky Community Housing Trust, and Big Sky Resort Area District. Synergy Modular, Inc served as GC/CM over the full scope, with volumetric modules manufactured by Guerdon. The campus combines income-restricted apartments with privately funded apartments and employer suites for Big Sky's year-round and seasonal workforce.
