Stacks on Polk is a 19-unit volumetric steel modular community in Phoenix, Arizona, completed in 2025 and leasing. Three three-story buildings were assembled from 45 recycled shipping containers fabricated by Tudo Capital in Mexico and stacked on site. Synergy Modular, Inc served as Site GC.

About the project
Stacks on Polk delivers nineteen units across three three-story buildings in east Phoenix near 53rd and Polk and Loop 202. Forty-five recycled shipping containers were fabricated by Tudo Capital in Mexico and stacked on site. Synergy Modular, Inc was Site GC. The community completed in 2025 and is leasing.
Synergy Modular did not manufacture the modules.
