The Cove Leasing & Fitness Buildings

The Cove Leasing and Fitness Buildings included the demolition of an existing leasing building at a Federal Way apartment complex in exchange for a new 2,170-square-foot wood-framed building, largely over a crawl space and heated by in-floor hydronic heating. Inside furnishings included a main room featuring high cathedral ceilings, a folding-glass security door and a glass partition intended to separate the office from nearby leasing areas. The outside finish features cultured stone veneer, Hardie siding, and steep-pitch roof with architectural-grade composition shingles. The Cove project also includes a separate 490-square-foot fitness center with a large, open fitness room, restroom and outside glass-block shower. Additionally, we relocated the spa and refurbished the pool.
