New construction of 50 affordable housing units and a sizable community space including offices in six two-story buildings. Built using volumetric commercial modular construction methods which allowed simultaneous construction of the on-site civil, utility and site improvements while the buildings were constructed in a temperature controlled facility in Boise, ID. Adjacent to the Ginsberg Twin Lakes park, the high water-table site is well landscaped and an accessible facility with Type A accessible units, accessible parking, and pathways.
