The Union & Madison project involves the construction of a new 105 unit apartment building located at Union and Madison streets in Seattle, Washington. The building has two levels of parking with five levels of apartments constructed above. The building structure consists of concrete foundations and parking structure including post tensioned concrete where noted on drawings; the structure for the upper five floors is wood framed construction.
