Interior and exterior repairs to existing 2-story apartments and townhomes built in 1995 with
parking and other site amenities. A total of 12 buildings with 133 units (1 & 2 bedrooms),
community rooms, administration offices and 3 laundry facilities. Scope included: new
windows, siding, roofs and gutters; new exterior stair assemblies; new concrete sidewalks,
curbs and asphalt parking lot; new landscaping and fencing; new cabinets, counter tops,
appliances and floors; and new light fixtures and plumbing.
