On modular work, Synergy Modular is Integrator and general contractor - not the module manufacturer. We connect the parties under a turn-key approach. When modular is selected, preferred delivery is full design/build. Synergy Modular also delivers site-built and modern methods of construction, alone or in combination; there is no preference for a single method.
Integrator vs manufacturer
On a volumetric modular job, the manufacturer builds modules in a factory to agreed specifications and owns plant production quality. The Integrator / general contractor (Synergy Modular's role when hired that way) selects and coordinates the factory, design team, set crew, and site trades under a turn-key delivery posture. Those roles are not interchangeable; confusing them is a common capital and schedule failure mode.

Why role clarity matters
On a proposal you may see one modular brand. In the field, factory and Integrator carry different accountability. When the developer is new to modular, the Integrator and design team must bring modular experience - splitting module supply and site work across first-time partners is a common failure mode.
