Why sponsors confuse the roles
Brochures collapse “modular company” into one logo. In the field, factory and Integrator/GC are different jobs. If the developer is new to modular, the Integrator/GC and design team must carry modular experience — splitting module supply and site work across first-time partners is a common failure mode (see developed-backward essay).
